The Chapter 13 plan of a debtor who had no increase in her income during the postpetition, preconfirmation period could be confirmed, even though the national standards for the debtor’s permissible monthly expenses under the means test were lowered prior to the creditors meeting in her case and the trustee objected on the grounds that, due to the changed standards, the plan did not meet the projected disposable income test of the plan confirmation statute. The governing standards were those that were in effect when the debtor filed her petition.
